Our CrossFit Workout of The Day (WOD) is our daily training program designed to dramatically improve your overall strength, body composition and general wellness. We exclusively employ Functional Movements due to their effectiveness when used in a strength and conditioning program. These movements consist of squatting, jumping, pushing, pulling, lifting, holding and more. We don't merely exercise however, we actually "train". You will develop skill and we are here to teach you, not just make you sweat.

The experience is Community Driven and you will train in a supportive environment. You learn in a group setting but get personal attention and coaching at a fraction of what personal training costs. We are Results Driven. We use the things that work and scrap what doesn't. We eat what is healthy and nothing more. We support others on their fitness journey and we get supported by them in return. The WOD is where you come to work and have fun while you do it.


Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Lifting class is held once a week on Wednesdays at 7:30pm. These classes focus on the development of Olympic Lifting skills and technique, specifically in the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk movements. These two competitive lifts test explosive strength, coordination and speed more than any other movement or training modality in CrossFit. It is for this exact reason they must be practiced regularly and often while specifically developing the athlete's core strength, mobility and full range of motion.


Barbell Class

Our Barbell Program focuses on the main barbell and power-lifts: Deadlift, Backsquat, Press and Bench. We utilize the intensity of these heavy lifts to stimulate lean muscle growth and overall max strength. In these classes we go heavy and we go hard. This class meets 3 times a week at 4:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as 8:00am Saturday mornings.
