Our Classes.
CrossFit
High-intensity, 60 minutes, combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements. It typically includes a warm-up, skill or strength work (like weightlifting or calisthenics), and a fast-paced Workout of the Day (WOD) that mixes exercises like squats, pull-ups, running, or kettlebell swings. Classes are led by a coach, scalable for all fitness levels, and emphasize community, healthy competition, and measurable results.
Functional Bodybuilding
Combines traditional bodybuilding principles with functional fitness movements to build muscle, strength, and aesthetics while improving overall movement quality and performance. It emphasizes compound exercises (like squats, deadlifts, and presses) alongside isolation movements, focusing on proper form, controlled tempos, and balanced muscle development. The goal is to enhance physical appearance and functional capacity for real-world activities or sports, prioritizing joint health, mobility.
HYROX
This group class focusses on training for HYROX Events, which are similar to CrossFit in their aerobic fitness focus, but with less strength focus, and less of the high skill movements in CrossFit, making it less intimidating and more accessible to all.
Youth Sports Performance Class
Led by physical therapists, elite coaches, and experienced athletes who understand the demands of high-level sport. Designed for young competitors 12+, this program builds strength, speed, power, and resilience-no gimmicks, no fluff-just real training for real athletes. Our approach gives athletes a true competitive edge while reducing injury risk, creating the foundation for long-term success on the field and beyond.
